What counts as a library folder?

Any folder you create in the Prism library, whether it holds files, notes, websites, or RSS feeds. Subfolders count toward your total.

When does my usage reset?

Published thesis counts and subscriber limits are tracked continuously. Storage is also continuous, so it does not reset monthly.

What happens if I hit a limit?

You'll see a clear error message before any action is blocked. Prism does not silently fail or charge overages automatically, so you can upgrade first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No lock-ins.
