Follow the setup guide
Choose your app for step-by-step instructions. ChatGPT and Claude use a Prism sign-in where supported. Other apps may ask for a private connection token.
Choose your Projects
Choose which Projects the app can use, including the folders inside them.
Start with read-only access
Your app starts with permission to read Project material. Editing and access to personal information need your approval.
See what your AI used
Check connection activity to see which app accessed Prism and when.
Revocable at any time
Change what an app can access or disconnect it from Prism.
Tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, and a connection can never see more than you authorized.
Your access choices
Choose what each app can use.
Choose which Projects an app can open and whether it can make changes. You can update these choices in Connections.
- Selecting a Project includes its existing and future folders.
- New connections start with permission to read Project material.
- Access to saved memory, email, and calendar needs separate approval.
- Saving or editing work requires your permission.
